that, the soap will be spread according the mould thickness.
It will be manually cut and stamped. It will be set in forms
of domes, cubes or pyramids, in order to allow the air
infiltration through its moulds to be dried in a period of seven
- nine months.
The fabrication operation by the hot method which is
relatively slow and lengtly, guarantees the absence of free fat
in the product, on the other hand the washing by free water
before spreading and cutting guarantees the absence of free
alkalinity in the product.
After the natural drought, the external layer of soap pieces
will be oxidized / by nature effect / and acquired gradually the
yellow color, then the dark yellow color / dark beige / that is
the famous and traditional color of this soap, meanwhile the
interior of the pieces remains in its green color of the natural
oil, indicating the good quality of its raw matters.
After the complete drought of the product, it is possible to
reform it to take the required form and weight, for example: the circular or oval form with oriental or geometric
incrustations and make also small forms weighting of 10 - 20
grams to use as ornament soap or to insert into clothes or
towels wardrobes to diffuse a very nice smell.
It is certain that the traditional laurel Aleppeen soap
is very useful for the epidermis, as it is made from the natural
olive and laurel oils, it is recommended by doctors for some
allergic diseases, eczema and scalp care.
The natural laurel soap washes softly all the natural textiles
like silk, cotton and wool.
So, many people do consider the traditional Aleppeen soap of
high quality as medical soap or cosmetic product .
